Personal data we collect
We only collect information such as email address and names from those who actively provide us with them by submitting messages through forms on the site or joining Luckimi Club. These are stored in Squarespaces (website crm system) database as well as in MailChimp's database. They are only saved for as long as required for the purpose of communication between Luckimi and Customer, or until Customer informs us to delete their information. You can choose to end your subscription to Luckimi Club's newsletter at any time. Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email from us or contact us and we will assist you.
When you order products/services in our webshop, you will create an order with associated personal information. When you make a purchase, you include an agreement which means that we must save these data in accordance with the Accounting Act.
Customer at Luckimi and person submitting forms always has the right to request a registry extract of the information that is registered by the person. These can be requested free of charge once per calendar year, the request can be made by e-mail to tina@luckimi.com.
Customer is entitled to receive incorrect, incomplete or misleading information corrected, by e-mail to tina@luckimi.com.
You are entitled to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the National Supervisory Authority's Data Inspection.
